Our process typically includes a review of applications, followed by a phone screen for shortlisted candidates. The phone screen includes a review of the roles’ selection criteria, as summarised in the job advertisement. For progressed candidates, one or more interviews are conducted, focused on the job criteria. Being selected for interview allows candidates to discuss their ability to undertake the role, including their communication and technical skillset.
